Tax Information

Matthew 25: Ministries is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) organization. All donations to Matthew 25: Ministries are deductible to the extent allowed by the current tax laws.

Items donated to Matthew 25: Ministries (clothing, toys, etc.) are generally deductible at an amount equal to the fair market value of the item. Matthew 25: Ministries is not allowed to determine the fair market value of these donations. This is the donor's responsibility. The IRS requires the donor to have varying levels of documentation depending on the type and value of the gift.

Please refer to the current IRS regulations for additional information regarding the deductibility of financial and product donations to 501(c)(3) organizations.
